1, Introduction of Machine
PMZ-2016 high speed metal plate CNC drilling machine is mainly composed of machine bed worktable, Gantry-moving frame, CNC vertical ram type drilling spindle head, automatic chip conveyor and circulating cooling device, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electrical system, automatic lubrication system, etc. It has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, high rigidity, high reliability, etc.
The machine is a gantry moving CNC drilling machine, which is mainly used for high-efficiency drilling of flanges, discs, ring types, and tube sheet parts. It can drill through holes, drill blind holes, and step holes on simple materials and composite materials. And other functions, using hard alloy drill bit internal cooling high-speed drilling or high-speed steel twist drill external cooling drilling. The machining process of the machine tool is digitally controlled and the operation is very convenient. It can realize automation, high precision, multiple varieties and mass production.
Applicable industry:
The machine is mainly used for construction,briage,tower and other steel structure in the connection plate drilling,it can also be used for boiler,petrochemical,refrigeration and other industries tube sheet,baffle and flange drilling and multi-holes drilling in the flat plate,parts drilling.This machine is the preferred equipment for flat steel in the construction steel structure connecting plates and other mechanical applications.
Product Feature:
- The machine adopts the gantry moving structure, the longitudinal movement (X axis), the lateral movement (Y axis) and the vertical movement of the drilling power head (Z axis), which are all driven by the servo motor through the precision ball screw. It can automatically, accurately and quickly locate and automatically complete the drilling process. The drilling accuracy and speed are greatly improved.
- The machine adopts Siemens CNC system. The upper computer is equipped with automatic programming software and machine monitoring software, which can directly convert AUTOCAD graphic files into machining programs.
- There are 12 hydraulic clamps and T slots for fixing workpiece, easy to operate, also save time, improve production efficiency.
- Adopt BT40/BT50 internal cooling spindle, carbide internal cooling drill can be used with high precision. Equipped with a gas-liquid pressurized knife cylinder, it is very convenient to load and unload tools. The spindle is driven by a high-power spindle variable frequency motor through a timing belt.
- The configuration of the machine, like cnc system ball screws, linear guides, main electrical parts, servo motors, hydraulic valves, etc., are famous brand.

Our After-sales Service Installation:
The seller shall send one engineer to the buyer's country for installation, commissioning and training. The buyer is responsible to provide all necessary equipments for handling and lifting the machine parts before seller's engineers go to the buyer's plant. In addition, the buyer should provide workers to support in installation activities, under supervision from the seller's engineers.
Commission:
The Supplier should give drawings and other details of material/preparation required for installation of machinery which the buyer has to prepare and keep ready before the machine arrives at the buyer's factory. Installation and commissioning can be finished within 10-15 days for above machine generally.
Training:
Training will include training on computer programming, machine operation and troubleshooting. The training time is at most 5 days for this machine.
The buyer should arrange no less than two people for accepting training. After training, the buyer should sign the "Receiving & Inspection Report" supplied by the seller to demonstrate the successful finish of commissioning and acceptance of the buyer.
