Feeding Channel
| | Application: Rail of feeding materia.
Components: supporting moment tube, rack, linear guide rail, conveyor roller, etc.(YJCX25 is driven by double linear rail, the rest are driven by single linear rail

Feeding trolley
| | Application: send the raw materials to the main machine for processing along the feed passage.
Drive mode: servo motor drive.

Punching unit of top
| | Application: Used for punching and stamping of channel webs, Angle steels and strip steels.
The servo motor drives the ball screw so that the guide rail set on the base can realize the numerical control movement along the Y direction, and the hole with different precision distance in the Y direction can be blown out.

Punching unit of side
| | Application: It is used for punching the other flange of Angle steel and two flange of channel steel.
The unit consists of a base, a column, a moving beam, a fixed beam and a side punch mechanism.The side punch mechanism and the moving beam are connected by the linear guide rail and the slide block, and the side punch mechanism adjusts the clearance between the punching die frame and the plate through the floating mechanism.The moving beam moves up and down through the ball screw driven by the servo motor, and the holes of different heights can be washed out.

Scrap material propulsion unit

Rear end trolley unit
| | Application: to meet the small end distance punching requirements of the last hole.
When the clamp of the feeding trolley is sent to the punching limit position, the clamp sent to the trolley is released, the back-end trolley starts synchronously, the clamping workpiece moves forward to the position that needs punching, and the punching unit completes the punching operation of the back end of the raw material.

Our Service
Installation:
The seller shall send one engineer to the buyer's country for installation, commissioning and training. The buyer is responsible to provide all necessary equipments for handling and lifting the machine parts before seller's engineers go to the buyer's plant. In addition, the buyer should provide workers to support in installation activities, under supervision from the seller's engineers.
Commission:
The Supplier should give drawings and other details of material/preparation required for installation of machinery which the buyer has to prepare and keep ready before the machine arrives at the buyer's factory. Installation and commissioning can be finished within 10-15 days for above machine generally.
Training:
Training will include training on computer programming, machine operation and troubleshooting. The training time is at most 5 days for this machine.
The buyer should arrange no less than two people for accepting training. After training, the buyer should sign the "Receiving & Inspection Report" supplied by the seller to demonstrate the successful finish of commissioning and acceptance of the buyer.
